Photoshop Elements 6 - The Missing Manual Sep 03, 2009 Considering the complexity of the program it attempts to explain, this is a handy, useful manual.
An Excellent Reference Apr 26, 2009 I purchased this book on Photoshop Elements 6 in order to answer questions from my students. I have found the information thorough and well written. Barbara Brundage has made a valuable contribution in providing a comprehensive reference book for those who use Photoshop Elements. Each tool and dialog box is explained so that a novice can get started with the program. Techniques such as image sharpening, retouching and adding special effects will help the new user produce outstanding images. For me the important thing was to be able to answer a student's questions accurately and this book has exceeded my expectations. Its index helps me find the information I need quickly. The explanations are easy to understand, but those who prefer the step by step method of learning can skip through the details and follow the steps.

Help when you need it Apr 04, 2009 This book takes you step by step through the winding and confusing road that is Photoshop. It makes what you want to do actually possible. Not quickly, but eventually possible. Photoshop is powerful but confusing. This book and lots of patience will help you get your project done. A must have.

Elements 6 The Missing Manual Feb 26, 2009 Poorly organized topics for a begineer. More technical subjects proceed
basic operations. Hard to follow step by step.
